Cecilia Gonzalez PhD

Cecilia Gonzalez is a partner in Groupe Rhéaume, where she oversees how the real-estate projects get delivered: design, construction, and running the buildings as rental assets once they are up.

At 730 Notre-Dame in Repentigny she ran the site day to day, from breaking ground in 2020 through to leasing the phases delivered. The group does this work itself rather than contracting it out, which is why land zoned for a single house could become that development at all. The portfolio now runs to Belle-Vue-sur-le-Fleuve in Repentigny and student housing in Ottawa.

Cecilia holds a doctorate in medicine from the University of Havana, a doctorate in military medicine from the Military University of Havana, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.
